• Construction of 1500m of stormwater of various sizes 375- 600mm including stormwater pits and lintels and the dam / retention basis
• Install complex conduits for services and Future works
• Construction of Kerb and guttering, 700 meters of internal Footpaths
• Management of Electrical supply, Power poles underground service, Substation, cabling, and streetlights
• Installation of NBN services and cabling
• Connection of all services into the stakeholders’ infrastructure
• Plan and Manage shutdowns for watermain and sewer connection and power outage
• Landscaping, surveying, and conveyancing
• Kerroc received approval and acceptance of works from all stakeholders in relation to the service constructed
